The apartment itself is nice and has a good amount of space, but no direct sun on balcony. I was able to check in early as the apartment was empty, but everyone (unless requested a late check in and paid more) has to check in by getting the keys from the office that is a 11min walk.

Stressful experience, When i came back to the property all seemed well. I then came back later after exploring the local area and realised there was no toilet paper. I messaged the company Whatapp and they said someone would bring some over. I messaged back saying I was going to get in the shower and that if I did not answer the door to leave the paper outside the apartment room door, they responded to the message knowing my wishes. I LOCKED the door and left the key in the door. Whist I was in the shower, A lady let herself into the apartment, I knew this as I could hear someone talking very loudly in the apartment. I got out the shower and this person was IN THE APARTMENT! And after I asked them not to come in and locked the door. Turns out even if you lock the door and leave the key in the door they can still let themselves in! There is no additional lock on the door, so anyone with a key can get in at any point!!! When showing my concerns through Whatsapp, of someone entering when I asked them not to during my stay they replied with comments such as "Listen, be happy" AND "Nobody will imagine that you were taking shower. Nobody get inside without your permission, so this will be rely to your responded also." Comments like this show shear lack of understanding and rudeness! I also walked through the main door of the building plenty of times without a key card, as the builders and other people in the block left the main door open or propped open, meaning anyone off the street could walk straight through to your apartment door. All in all is this safe?? No clearly not as anyone with a key (Previous people that have stayed, Staff members) can get into the apartment at any point and you cant stop them.
