Central Comfort Apt 2 Bed and Balcony

Property was very clean and comfortable the balcony was a nice added touch the kitchen and living room was spacious and had plenty of facilities

Walls are a bit thin can hear quite a lot from apartments above and below

comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, nice living room, big bathroom

we were visited by more than a few bugs in the room closest the door and 2 or so in the shower. Might consider exterminating. Probably just cause we're USians but we couldn't figure out how to use that shower. washed ourselves in the tub which felt cool and kind of rugged but maybe not your thing. Hallway does reek of cigarettes as mentioned in other reviews but room is unaffected

Spacious sitting room, big bathroom, open vistas.

2nd bedroom is too small for a double bed and has no ventilation so becomes stuffy.

Spacious, quiet and comfortable apartment centrally located within walking distance to most sites.

Car parking instructions could be made clearer as took a little time to figure out access point. However great to have secure parking for our stay.

O prédio em si a partir da onde fica o apartamento ele é todo de aluguel então toda a vizinhança é rotativa sempre são pessoas me hospedei num apartamentos vizinhos estavam em guerra brigando no apartamento de número 10 tinha uns jovem fumando maconha no corredor dispararam o alarme 4h00 da manhã um alarme muito alto me acordou em desespero pois não sabia o que estava, a vizinha ao lado que estava no apartamento ao lado tinha duas crianças passava o dia brigando com essas criança a pessoa do outro apartamento brigou com a mulher agrediu ela puxando ela pelo cabelo no corredor mesmo a gritaria muito

Realizei uma compra pela internet a minha entrega foi feita no imóvel aonde era totalmente seguro tinha câmeras era uma parte interna do apartamento todo trancado não tinha nada aberto e mesmo assim tive meu objeto furtado, roubado um fone da Apple, acreditando eu mesmo que tenha sido alguém que trabalha no imóvel pois os mesmos se negaram a olhar nas câmeras e me dizer quem tinha feito isso, os mesmos sabiam que estavam esperando algo, pois no dia anterior estavam informando que iam fazer entrega fui olhar pra ver se tinha chegado eles perguntaram e a entrega foi realizada no outro dia então eles mesmos já pegaram pois imediatamente quando eu desci já não estava mais, isso me dando a certeza que teria sido alguém realmente do prédio, na sexta-feira duas pessoas se apresentaram como representante do imóvel invadindo o imóvel dizendo que existia mais pessoas do que as que estavam hospedada eu chamei as pessoas que estavam hospedada eles viram que só estavam aquelas pessoas hospedada mesmo assim quiseram entrar, questionaram meus pertences pessoal porque eu tinha dois telefone, no mesmo dia eu tinha comprado um novo iPhone pois eu sou brasileiro, e aqui é mais barato então eu comprei um novo iPhone ele perguntou porque eu comprei com que dinheiro eu comprei parecia que eu estava sendo questionado na polícia ou até mesmo a imigração nada tinha lógica e eu continuei sem entender nada, no dia seguinte foi a delegacia prestei uma ocorrência fiz um boletim chamei a imigração me emprestei me prevenir de tudo imediatamente! Agora estou tomando todas as medidas cabíveis diretamente com a polícia internacional

There was nothing to dislike about this apartment. 10/15 minute walk to city centre, on major bus routes and the local area has lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment has everything anyone could need. We loved our stay and would return in a minute if back in Belfast. Hosts were easy to deal with and queries dealt with quickly. Highly recommended

Just a small point. There is only 1 set of keys for the apartment. Contacted the owner and full explanation given. It didn’t detract from our stay in the end, but for a 2 bedroomed apartment a spare set of keys is, for me and my friends, preferable.

Great location for what we needed. Comfortable, clean & good value for money. Close proximity to Belfast City Centre, & close to public transport links

No complaints at all. Small issue with the keys, but this was quickly rectified and didn't ruin our experience
