"Fabulous apartment in the heart of the old town"

Upmarket, spotlessly clean, beautifully presented apartment and great location, in that it is in the heart of the old town. Nice touch of tea/coffee/juice etc

It is extremely noisy because of the location., so you have to sleep with the windows closed.

"Lovely place! Would recommend, especially during the week as it was quiet."

I loved the property and the location! It was very cozy and welcoming. We had everything we needed and there were lots of useful tips around the house.

I would have given this experience a 10/10 instead of an 8 but I had some issues entering because of the strange key. The refrigerator was also broken which was a bit of a nuisance. That said, staff we very attentive in both occasions.

It was a large well equipped apartment in the old quarter of Bilbao.

The room was near bars and restaurants and noise would definitely be a problem for some

"Spacious and homely"

Beds were comfy with lovely linen. Every little detail thought of with QR codes for instructions on everything were a great idea. Felt very homely and lovely quality furnishings...wanted to stay in apartment all day. Never met host but always responsive and clear with instructions and expectations. Street noise could be too much for some, but was expected for the location and we were ok with it.

Keys are a bit tricky to get in so need to persist and then once you know how they work it's fine. Low ventilation in bathroom.

"Superb"

We had absolutely everything we needed. The apartment was spotlessly clean with a little selection of food supplies left on the kitchen table. The beds were really comfortable and the shutters provided an extra soundproofing for when things were a bit noisy outside. We were very glad to have the use of umbrellas too as we had a few wet days. There was plenty of information on the city which was helpful. Overall, a great location and a great apartment.

We followed the instructions for entry but the hallway was pitch dark. We had to use a torch to see the stairway. The lift was actually in use although it didn't seem that way as it was all taped up. Once we got used to it everything was fine.
