Might trigger concerned citizens to call the police. Half joke aside here are issues that made me feel I did not make good choice selecting this. 1. In the instructions, this crucial info that keys are elsewhere is not presented upfront or highlighted enough. You check where the apt is, get there by taxi on a cold winter night, to discover that you have about 500 m walk to fetch the key. Usually Iin my experience, key boxes are at the same location so this is more of an exception and should be shouting for attention. 2. The fact itself that the key is away from the building is annoying. not on the way if you come from the train station. 3. Instructions suggest getting a lighter in case the box freezes outside. Not a user centric solution for a non-smoker to buy some tools. I did not need it luckily. 4. No kettle in the apartment with fully equipped kitchen to cook does not make sense.

Ihmettelin, missä olivat esim leipäveitsi yms? Persoonaton, ehkä hyvä niin ettei tavarat lähde vieraiden mukana🤔

Sijainti oli keskeinen. Tieto liikkui hyvin kohteen vuokraajalta.

Avainten noutopaikka oli vähän erikoinen; tuli epämiellyttävä olo räpeltäessä pyörän runkoon kiinnitettyä avainboksia auki illalla bussiaseman edessä. Kolmesta Booking.comin kautta ilmoitetusta matkaajasta huolimatta vain kaksi petiä oli pedattuna ja automaattisissa viesteissä vuokraajalta kerrottiin, ettei kaapeista saa ottaa ylimääräisiä petivaatteita. Otin kuitenkin, jotta kaikilla olisi nukkumapaikka. Asunto on 4-5 -vuotta vanha, mutta esim. kylpyhuoneen lattiat eivät pinttymiltään vastaa tätä. Lyhytaikaistakin yöpymistä miellyttäväksi tekemään kylpyhuoneessa voisi olla lasta, jolla veden työntäisi lattiakaivoon. Ja pyyhematto, jonka päälle olisi kiva astua ja jonka vuokraaja pesee yhtä lailla kuin pyyhkeetkin. Sisustus- ja varustus oli aika askeettinen. Viihtyvyys ja verhot, etenkin pimennyeverhot olisivat yöpyjän kannalta pieni satsaus. Sijainti: rakennuksen alakerroksessa on baareja ja baarikävijöiden pitkälle yöhön jatkunut melu kantautuu asuntoon sisälle.
