Satya Suites & Portal San Angel Flats

I loved the location, all the places that I visited were nearby and just a few block aways was the MB on Insurgentes Sur. Another thing that I liked was that also the Subway was just an square away.

I didn't like the apartment, everything was to small, you don't have privacy in the bathroom because it close with a shutter door. Also the cleanliness was good but I found dog hairs in the sofa.

We had booked a room with a "terrace with views of the city", however we were originally placed in a simple and not very pleasant room with high windows on a tower block. We were offered an "upgrade" into a different room and had to have a brief argument before being shown to another, nicer room, which still did not have a balcony, which was across the road from the first place. Almost nothing looks like the pictures.

The matress was very uncomfortable, there was a strange loud humming at random times in the night and the room was quite warm.

It was good to have a roof over our heads and felt safe. The terrace was private and that was cool. The staff was nice enough even though there was no front desk.

It was different from what I expected from the listing. The address was wrong on the listing and on the WhatsApp confirmation I was sent. When we arrived our room was partially clean and they walked another guest into it while we were there to show them around. It was awkward. We also hit our heads several times on the low arch in the bathroom. It was listed as 2 beds but it was 1 small bed plus one small couch.

it’s extremely overpriced for such basic accommodations difficulty with hot water and internet

The hot tub and the additional wine and roses were a nice touch

It was dirty, the floor made the bottle of our feet black and clearly wasn't cleaned well at all. It was a super basic apartment, very small... for some reason a hot tub seems to be rain too charge luxury prices for an otherwise basic room. It was also poorly ventilated so it became very humid and hot once the tub was going... the bathroom has only 1 tiny window and now extraction fan.
