It's a cute townhouse, exceptionally clean.

We are currently in dispute with the final price after changing the length of our stay. They added a cost not listed on our original bill. Original bill $350 +$50.75 (tax) = $400.75 which was accepted and billed to our card shortly after booking. After changing the length of our stay by one night (days before any cancelation penalties) booking gave us the new price of $210 + $30.45 (tax) = $240.45. However, now this property added an additional cost to our bill bringing our total to $355.45 saying our refund will only be $45.30 instead of the $160.30 we are owed. They added a cleaning fee of $115 that was not separately added on our original bill leading us to believe it had been included. Why else would they have accepted the original cost of $350 + tax, WITH NO SEPERATE CLEANING FEE? Now our bill is $210 + tax + a cleaning fee NOT on the original bill. Umm what? I believe after changing our length of our stay they changed the cost to get more money form us bringing the total closer to the original amount. I feel these new chargers are fraudulent because they weren't listed separately on our original bill. The company is trying to take advantage of us because they already have our money. I would give this place a 9/10 if not for this run around. I don't recommend anyone doing business with them! Also, the air conditioning unit is too small to keep up the space.

"Relax & Enjoy"

I LOVED the huge soak tub upstairs. Lol, that is what sold me for this location. It was quiet and everything was clean.

The only thing I would say was different than my other stays at other "home" type vacations was this location only had minimal extras. I guess the other places spoiled me with things like oil to cook and some spices. It was an easy fix with a trip to the store down the road, though. I should have looked before we did our Walmart delivery order.

"Went to purchase a vehicle didnt want to drive 6 hours. there and back , i would definitley stay again"

The cleanliness of the property, and the bedroom upstairs with big bath tub was a plus

The balcony felt like it was going to cave in.
