Se venden como hostal y suites ( entendible) pagas por habitación con baño propio pero se comparte con 3 habitaciones más , no lad asean diariamente, en esta ocasión una pareja usando el baño por más de 40 min Su ubicación es buena !

Excelente lugar para disfrutar de Bacalar, ya que al estar en el centro todo está a la Mano

Nice place

My husband and 2 kids spend 2 nights in this place. We made the reservation going off of the good reviews on Expedia. The place needs a lot of improvements, first of all the toilet wasn’t working properly, we had to pour water to flush after each use. It lacks of air conditioning so the nights were very hot, using oscillating fans only. The beds are hard as a rock. To make matters worse, at checkout we were told we left some stains on one of the beds and that we were going to be charged extra for that but they were going to wave that charge for us, but they told us to be careful for when we use other facilities because we could get charged lots of money for leaving stains on the bed sheets. Apparently they don’t wash bedding sheets. Not entirely sure what that was all about! I would not use this facility again!

Séjour de 3 jours entre amies. Chambre spacieuse, équipée d'une cuisine. Grands lits et matelas confortables. Eau potable à disposition gratuitement. Hôtel très bien situé en centre-ville prix des restaurants, des sites touristiques et de la lagune. Personnel accueillant et disponible si besoin. Pas de parking à l'hôtel mais des places à proximité.

No me gustó que el baño se comoartiera

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is really perfect. You can walk to everything you could want, including the lagoon. It was clean and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful and the food downstairs is delicious.
