Дуже добра локалізація... Все знаходиться поряд. Стара автентична будівля з антикварними меблями, але з сучасним ремонтом та умовами для комфортного перебування. Господарі житла які прийняли нас як друзів. Це був цікавий досвід.

Активність автомобільного руху довкола. Це центр міста і активність дуже велика.

We stayed for a week and the flat is so comfortable, well located and has everything one needs! My number one priority is cleanliness and this place was spotless clean! Giorgi the host is a true Georgian. Polite, caring and very welcoming. The place is located in the centre and there was everything you need around the area. I loved the design of the place, I imagined myself living there for good 🥹 Thank you Giorgi! We look forward to coming back!

The apartment is old & nostalgic building. The interior is nicely renovated. The owner is very warm & friendly. He call to check if you are comfortable & has all your needs. Great host!

The wall of the bedroom is very thin so you could hear the neighbour walking & talking.

This is one of the most attractive units I have rented as a traveler. It is super spacious, clean, and comfortable. The owner has created a beautiful unit. He is obviously very creative and has made many great choices for design, sensible utility, and beauty. The apartment is large and has a well-equipped kitchen. There is even laundry machine for your convenience. We loved the little patio for our morning coffee or evening glass of wine looking over the tree-lined street. The apartment is in a great area, very central to all that Tblisi has to offer. We appreciated the owner checking in with us via WhatsApp to make sure we were comfortable and did not require anything. Bravo!!!!
