Room had no refrigerator or microwave. Needed painting and required 100 deposit above room rate

This was a last-minute booking because Hurricane Milton was scheduled to hit home on the day we had planned to return. This hotel's only good point is its easy access to I-10. The bedside lamps had been removed, the only room light was dim, the pool was closed, the bathroom faucet could not be fully turned off, the TV had only a few channels operating. This might have been a nice hotel many years ago, but no longer. Glad we needed to stay only one night.

This was the worst hotel i think i have EVER been to. We didn't get the room i requested so we were put in a room that was being worked on. You couldn't use the toilet upstairs or the shower downstairs. There was nothing in the room. A bed upstairs and a couch downstairs and 1 small t.v. Horrible place and I will never stay there again

Paid extra for no smoking yet room reeked of cigarette smoke. Room had broken tv laying against the wall, had a dresser that had no counter top (broken) and final straw was a huge dead cockroach. We ended up not staying and ask for our money back.

the location is in walking distance to a few restaurants and stores.

The place is under construction. The staff was rude. I stayed with my teenage children for three nights, four days and they would not exchange my towels. There was an issue with our bathroom and when I asked at the front desk for a plunger they told me I would have to use the restroom in the office until the following evening. They advertise refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms but there were none. There is no laundry facility.

The room was disgusting and had just been remodeled!!! We were in a “suite” that had a living room downstairs and then a loft upstairs with the bed. Hot water didn’t work the second night/next morning we were there. There was no kitchen type things or even a fridge and the furniture was spare at best. The lighting upstairs was just one big light. No lamps or smaller lights by the bed. And the kicker is I paid $350 per night for this garbage!!!!!

Property under construction. Bugs in room. Dirty towels. Advertised with kitchenette… no sink, no microwave . People fighting outside room at 1am! Pool under construction. So much mildew in room we couldn’t breathe the next day. Only Two channels on TV were able to be seen without looking grainy
