Arezzo Davao Near Sm Lanang & Airport

We loved our stay. The owner was very responsive. The location was very near to the airport but a little distant to the city center.

Clear communication, clean, comfortable and well maintained making it feel like home.

I like how the staff is very accommodating. I also like how the place was really clean, cozy and nice. They prepared everything just to satisfy our expectations. Thank You.

Convenient location as it is near SM Lanang and Sasa Wharf for crossing to Samal Island. Quiet and secure place as there were guards around. Access to elevator. Good place to jog. Parking available for a fee. Strong water pressure and airconditioning. Bed linens, towels, dental kits were provided. Strong wifi and Netflix available.

Parking fee was a bit expensive. Needs more hooks or hanging racks for clothes in the bathroom & wardrobe. CR sink needs to be covered to prevent entry of insects. No shower curtain in the CR. Clothes iron or steamer would be appreciated.

For the price you get a nice condo with several amenities you might not get elsewhere like a rice cooker! It has a convenience store and laundromat as well. The pool as well was a nice addition. Not far from major busy street if you need to do groceries or eat at restaurants.

The power adapters near the microwave need to be changed and the washroom needs some TLC, especially the shower head.
