La ubicación, el tener parking privado facilita mucho. El apartamento muy bien decorado, la terraza enorme y tener ventiladores de techo y aire acondicionado. Piscina muy grande, y parque para niños, complejo los pelícanos muy tranquilo, es lo que buscábamos.

La limpieza, había en las esquinas telarañas, aunque en general estaba muy bien le faltaba una limpieza un poco más exaustiva. El baño y el lavadero olía bastante mal pero luego dejo de oler así. Fallaban algunas cosas que dije por WhatsApp a la agencia para que tomarán nota sin problema.

Ubicación fantastica. La plaza de garaje grande. Los aires acondicionados funcionaban perfectamente, aunque la temperatura ambiente sin ellos era agradable.

Faltaba algún elemento de sombra en la terraza. Algunos enchufes no funcionaban, al igual que algunas bombillas. El olor del baño no era agradable.

Es zona tranquila, con aparcamiento y accesible. El piso dispone de menaje, electrodomésticos, con limpieza. Bien amueblado, aunque sensación de sobrecargado en espacio. Baños dos y dos habitaciones comodas.

Terraza cerrada con cristalera, con un calor enorme, al tener la máquina del aire. Imposible estar en ella. Distancia a comercios y zonas de restauración. Distancia a playa, y poca sombra en piscina. Personal agradable en agencia donde entregar y recoger llaves, aunque cuna comprometida nunca llegó. Por interés de la vivienda, deberían estudiar la ubicación de esa maquinaria.

La ubicación. El apartamento y el complejo muy bien.

El colchón de la cama de matrimonio incómodo, no limpiaron bien porque había telarañas en la parte baja de los muebles de cocina y hormigas, tampoco pusieron sábanas para el sofá cama que sabían que nos hacía falta y se nos cayó encima una barra de cortina que estaba sobrepuesta y mal pegada.
