Location, kitchen was well stocked with spices, decor was nice, excellent view

Elevator wasn’t working the first few days, bed in main bedroom was too soft, I had one old towel for the whole stay

"A wonderful, relaxing weekend escape."

We loved the view, the proximity to the ocean, large balcony, walking to John’s Pass, clean and comfortable.

The 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom were very uncomfortable.

Fantastic location for our needs plus it was a bonus to be right at the beach. Very roomy and comfortable for my husband & son so that they can have their own space. Excellent kitchen.

Can’t come up with anything. Everyone & everything was great. We weren’t allowed to feed Butterball, but we understand why.

"Great stay but could have been exceptional with a few improvements to the condo."

Location and view from our beachfront condo was amazing. For the most part, the condo looked very nice and was clean. The large balcony was definitely the best part of the condo.

It wasn’t kept up very well. Lots of little repairs need made (loose door handles, dents in walls, etc.) We only had 1 bath towel, 1 washcloth and 1 beach towel per person for a week-long stay, so doing laundry was necessary. However, there was no laundry detergent in the condo. The pillows were also horrible, and they were all exactly the same. They looked fluffy but went completely flat when you laid on them. It really bothered my neck. It would be great if there was a variety of pillows in the condo, so there was something to fit everyone’s preference instead of them all being identical. The two bathrooms are also connected by a thin sliding door, so when you are in one bathroom, you hear everything going on in the other one. You also get two key fobs that work for the elevators and gates to the pool and beach, but you only get one key that locks your condo door. That was annoying when we split up doing different things. You really need at least 2 door keys.

"Awesome place and location"

Location was awesome, process for check in and out was great. Loved the hose to wash off sand and Butterball the cat was a great addition!

Squeaky storm door and ice machine froze wouldn’t dispense ice

Wonderful views, beach was perfect.

We could not get the second lockbox to open to get an extra key. The twin beds could use a replacement mattress.
