The property was clean and had good facilities, had everything that was needed. Clear check in instructions, spacious and attractive decor, comfortable beds and were given plenty of towels

Buttons to flush the toilet are cellotaped on and some of the blinds didn’t work

Good location, excellent accommodation.

The apartment was tired and needed some attention. Kitchen amenities on the sparce side.

Beds were comfy

Clean and fresh, comfortable beds, soft fluffy towels. Warm - easily adjustable heating, quiet.

There were a few minor irks, no extractor fan in the bathroom, the blinds in bedrooms and sitting room are difficult to manoeuvre. Unable to get basic BBC /C4/ITV channels only iplayer etc. Unable to make the intercom work Poor supermarkets, food shops in the area

Tbh all was good

good location for ponds forge with parking. well equipped apartment.

Both bedrooms need curtains or black out blinds. Towel radiator in the bathroom didn’t seem to be working. Road noise at night can get a little noisy, but you are in a city.

Accommodation stylish and clean. Information was thorough from the host.

Only 1 glass available for 5 people. Limited pans for cooking and struggled to grasp how to work oven. Microwave would have been ideal. All pots and plates in draw were wet and smelly had to clean them before use. Only 1 toilet roll provided for 5 people, 2 nights stay (not enough) Only 1 pillow per person on bed which was very uncomfortable and lastly, I tried to have a bath and water went cold. Had to boost boiler to get warm enough for a shower for 1 person.
