Hotel City Star, City Centre with Free Airport Pickup

Ich war nach einer Woche in Himachal Pradesh nach Delhi zurückgekehrt und wurde erneut freundlich und professionell im Hotel City Star empfangen. Muneer, desk manager, und Harpeet, front manager, standen mir mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Es ist für Touristen ein sehr angenehmer Ort, wo auf jede individuelle Frage und auf jedes individuelle Bedürfnis sofort eingegangen wird. Ich kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Sehr aufmerksames Personal, angefangen beim Fahrer, der mich vom Flughafen abgeholt hat, über die höfliche und professionelle Rezeption bis zum Personal im hauseigenen Restaurant. Es hat alles gut gepasst und hebt sich aufgrund dessen, dass es sich um ein Touristenhotel handelt, durchaus vom sonstigen Standard ab. Das tut, so viel Ehrlichkeit muss sein, mir als Europäerin nach einem Tag in Delhi dann doch auch mal gut. Die Duschen funktionieren einwandfrei und sind heiß, alle Einrichtungen des Zimmers sind in gutem Zustand und die Betten sind bequem. Mein Gepäck wurde zuverlässig aufbewahrt.

The bathroom looked a bit old and not very clean. Also, you can hear noise from the corridors very loud.
