Availability of washing machine

I stayed in studio 209 which is like leaving in aditch with no natural light. No one cleaned the studio ,changed beddings and cleaned the dishes dispite being told by the owners that will be done the 3rd day. Do not ever book private owned properties.The owners have no courtesy and have 'I dont care' attitude especially the owner of studio 209 at The sage - seapoint in cape town. I was really disaponted!

Absolutely recommend The Sage. First and foremost Ralton the building manager was sooo helpful, welcoming and always smiling. He assisted us with anything we required. Its people like this that boost an establishments reputation. This guy is awesome!!! The unit itself was perfect and had every appliance we could think off even a Nespresso machine with pods. The apartment we stayed in was clean. The Sage is very central to everything and is in the perfect location in sea point to walk to any of of the restaurant's or shops. Safe and highly recommended place. Shout out again to Ralton keep up the great service

Great location a block from beachfront. Shops restaurants cafes and supermarkets also very close. Desk staff helpful , and security to enter into building by facial recognition very good .

Hard to fault . It’s a clean modern studio with a kitchen . Perfect for couples . Balcony very narrow so basically can just stand there. ( However outside the front door is a massive communal quiet semi outdoor area with tables and chairs )

Het was zo warm en klein.

Die Lage ist perfekt für einen Kapstadt Aufenthalt und die Ausstattung ist genau richtig für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Durch die Küchenzeile und die Waschmaschine ist man sehr flexibel und der Reinigungsservice alle vier Tage ist auch völlig ausreichend.

No exchange of fresh towels for the duration of the stay A proper iron and ironing board would have been better than a steamer
