Casa Mik - Bohol Staycation

Casa Mik was a perfect place for me and family during our stay in Bohol. It was very clean and felt safe with security at the gates. The kitchen was complete and having drinking water already there when we arrived was a bonus. The owner is also extremely nice and accommodating. One day we accidentally locked the house with the keys inside and she made sure to send someone to give us spare keys. Thank you so much.!

Property was well maintained and it made our stay so relaxing. This is one of the best staycation we had. Also the owner was so accommodating and so mabait.

The communication with the host was warm and effortless. The area was clean and peaceful. I would definitely recommend this place to other guests and give it a 5-star rating

If you're new to Bohol and this is your first visit, I found it challenging to book a ride using the hailing app (Grab).

The super helpful owner was there to meet us when we arrived at CASA MIK, they helped us organise the transport from the ferry pier and also all our day trips which were a very reasonable price through a reliable contact. The villa was a good size for us and included a small kitchen to cook in and also a bbq outside where we could cook family meals. The villa also has laundry facilities and a place to hang dry our washing which is super helpful as backpackers. When we needed to go for groceries the owner organised a tricycle for us too. The rooms were an ok size and aircon worked great, the tv with access to Amazon, Netflix and Disney is also brilliant to relax to at the end of the day.

The toilet room was just slightly too small, our knees touched the door when we sat down. Also the beds could do with a thin duvet rather than just a blanket because finding the perfect temperature for the aircon through the night is quite hard and the blankets don't hold your body heat in very well. There was also construction next door which was very loud and started early but this isn't the villa owners fault. Apart from these little issues, it was an amazing stay and we massively appreciate the owners help and would recommend this place to anyone.

Nice new and clean house on a good location

The bathroom is way to small for a 6 person Villa. To take a shower you have to do some acrobatics. There still construction going on in that area. Unfortunately for us there was still work done to the house next to it
