Casa vacanza “Belvedere sullo Ionio “

It was spacious, airy, light, clean, well equipped, quiet, and great views from the balconies. Very comfortable.

This was a marvelous find. The apartment is nicely located just a little outside of the main village, so parking is simple (right across the street!). The proprietor (handled all online) is really helpful and available. We couldn’t have been happier. Also, the apartment is meticulous and comfortable and the view is outstanding. We had everything we needed.

This was the perfect place for us for this short, but sweet visit to Rotondella.

Nothing worth to mention after the negative experience. No clue where the positive comments came from.

Never came close to a friendly host, not even to an unfriendly one. I wonder where tje good cooment came from. No advance information on check in procedure. The time wating at 30 C infront of a closed door. No info that a key was in a key deposit box and no code was provided in advance. The host's contact phone number had to be retrieved from the booking.com site but person responding was only able to answer in Italian language. We had to involve an Italian speaking person in the Netherlands to call and to relais to us the code for the key deposit box. The key was unmarked and we had to try it out on different appartment doors in the building. This wad an uncomfortable situation. The lnly airco in the living room was disabled , without remote. The fan, noisy like a small plane, kept together by a string was not a good thing to have in the bedroom and it was hot there despite an open door. AThe main double bed was vety firm and uncomfortable.. A third bed, not used by us, was just a cheap camping bed. See the other comment on site. The fact that it was not communicated by the host that a road to the town was clösed due to a land slide. Unfortubately there is nothing better to report on this appartment.

The position in the village was perfect with very convenient car park . Flat was spacious and clean and nicely furnished. Rotondella is a very interesting place to be. Nice seaside just a short ride away. Owners very friendly.
