O quarto era um pouco escuro, falta uma lâmpada no centro. O rol de entrada estava sujo, com um monte de cartas esparramadas, a primeira vista pareceu uma casa abandonada. Recebemos um e-mail do anfitrião dizendo que nos viu, pela camara de segurança, estacionando um carro na garagem sem permissão, contudo eu não estava de carro e muito menos usei a garagem, entendo que antes de falar, tem que saber corretamente quem é o infrator, foi muito desagradável esta abordagem.

1. Apartment size, room for a small kitchen, an elevated table with stools and a bathroom. 2. Plenty of natural light, the apartment has two sky view windows, and the bedroom has working windows as well. 3. The furniture is comfortable: The bed is soft, so are the pillows. The couch is good but dirty, and the dinner table has bar stools for a nice fun meal. 4. Lights works well. 5. The eye covers and ear plugs were a nice gift. 6. The television is decent, though old.

1. Smelly carpet on the entrance stairs. 2. Out- swinging door allows anyone with the code to enter, the sliding chain lock does not stop anyone from coming in. 3. The bathroom was smelly, the thick-cushioned mat smelled foul and the mop was stained dirty. The tub was stained of an orange chemical that I find in many apartments. 4. The towels were stained and old. 5. Roku, Amazon TVs are hotel spyware. The cable and the internet were a constant nuisance even though I didn’t use it because of the constant walking in unannounced. I couldn’t give them the faulty modem, apparently I was the it guy for their act. It had to be in the room. 6. Sheets were stained. 7. Electrical wiring is poor, the oven burned too hot, and the kitchen outlet turned itself off inconveniently. 8. The entrance floor is full of mail. 9. The laundry room is a work in progress basement full of dust. 10. Soundproofing is non-existent. 11. The air conditioning unit is massive, in the kitchen, and the vent filters must be full of sticky dust mites floating because they’re all over the room.

Great safe area, can walk around at night and be fairly safe as a solo traveler. Near college campus. Lots of walkable distances to food and stores. Cozy apartment. Great decorations

Cat smell. You need allergy medicine to stay here. I have 3 cats and been all over the country with them in a vehicle, even I needed allergy medicine. Other than that the place was amazing and in a great area

Weird smell in the bathroom at the arrival - it was not possible to vent it out. Just one window could be opened, just space for hanging clothes, no ceiling light in the bedroom.

Privacy was good. Stay overall was fine

Initial instructions to enter property wasn’t provided and I absolutely struggled to enter the building. I could only enter as some other residents who were entering allowed me otherwise I would have been stranded outside. The owners need to responsible as they need to put up real and proper pictures on how retrieve keys from lockbox and where the lock box is located since information provided was horrifically wrong. It was a nightmare entering the building and I am not happy about this careless approach since the money was already paid in advance for the entire stay duration.

I would NEVER recommend anyone to stay at this property. The first day I spent two hours outside in the cold because I was unable to open the lockbox for the keys but was told I wasn’t entering the code correctly (that was a lie). The instructions provided listed the incorrect code. If I hadn’t already paid for it that week I would’ve left but I knew it was going to be hassle getting a refund and was actually told by maintenance they weren’t going to refund me. The pans left in the oven were dirty. The bathroom wasn’t clean. I asked for a late check out and was told I would have to pay an additional fee. The place is over price. I could go on and on. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay.
