DEAbsolutely amazing location, 5 meters to the beautiful pool, 50 meters to the beach. Tram to Alicante in front of the house, beach view from the terrance.
The bungalow has seen better times. The toilet was running consinuously, the main light in the main bath room was missing (a hole in the ceiling), garage could not be closed, shutter slats in small bedroom did not work (so had to be fully opened or sit in the dark). There were 4 knives, and 3 working bedside lamps, which is on the low side for a 4-bed room bungalow...

GBGBGreat location next to the beach. Well equipped and tidy home. Easy tram link to Alicante which costs around 1.50 euro single. Host was lovely and really helpful with any questions. 35 min drive to airport.
