Valley Road, Fabulous 4 bedroom house

Location excellent, plenty of room.

Spotlessly clean in great location

Lovely clean house,dog friendly and close to town centre. Also close to Valley Gardens for dog walking,both early morning and through the day. Good value for money for such a large house.

Not a lot of parking on the street. Some of our party arrived after six o'clock. Off loading car a bit difficult in pouring rain, but managed to find free parking close by. Over all not much to not like.

There was only permit parking for one car and alternative free parking was quite a distance. Although this wasn’t a significant issue I would have preferred to have known beforehand.

Fabulous house with 4 large bedrooms. We loved all the homely touches and decor.

Location, number of rooms, clean and fresh.

Just could do with extra tv in dining room, larger tv in living room as we were a large group.

Situated at a dead end - no turning circle - very tight parking. Noisy early morning - e.g refuse collection at 6.30am from neighbouring restaurant. Refuse disposal - only 1 bin in the alleyway for recycling. No bin for residual waste or cardboard/paper Ash tray full of cigarette ends on the garden table. Top bathroom - could not adjust the temperature on the shower (too hot) Front door - wooden slat on the floor came loose. Outside not very clean - e.g window ledges Thermostat knob on kitchen radiator broke off when it was turned to adjust it. Some stained bedding

Location good, very good size rooms and beds, nice layout. It would be quite tight if there were 8 persons, in the sitting room, but for less , it's perfect

The kitchen radiator was full of dust, hair & general crud. I know it takes a screwdriver to take the top grill off and a long radiator/ bottle brush to clean, but this has not been cleaned for more than a few months if not years. The silicone around some baths/ mirrors could do with replacing and rusty radiator inlets. Just needs a bit of TLC

The property was really comfortable and so close to the town centre. Everything was there for a great few days stay. The home was well heated for a December stay

The bathroom sink on level three took all day to drain. Hopefully it has been fixed
