Bas host, dirty, stained towels, broken toilet

- Private bathroom inside the unit, despite the extremely odd placement of the shower and the fact the toilet commode was sticking out and you couldn't really close the door - Joseph was accommodating in allowing us to check in earlier but after we checked in communication was sparse. We had two questions that didn't get answered until 3 days later.

- This unit is in dire need of an uplift. It seems the current owners are doing the bare minimum to keep it running, small things like: 1. There are light bulbs missing 2. There are no good quality blankets, only a mix of cheap and thin duvet covers 3. There is NO COFFEE MAKER, and to add salt to the wound they added a moka (percolator) but it's not induction stovetop friendly 4. There are only two drinking glasses and they are like hand-me-downs, they don't match at all 5. Furniture in the unit is a mixture of old granny stuff with IKEA black things. It's just an absurdity of the placement of furniture taking place for absolutely no reason, - It's a good 25-30 minutes to Piazza Maggiore - It's EXTREMELY pricey, the value here is really poor. There are many other options that would I close breakfast and/or more modern amenities - Several of the dishes were dirty. We washed them all afraid of getting sick - Cancellation policy is super inflexible. I can see why, they are desperate to keep your money, so make sure you are 100% sure - Internet NEVER worked. We had 2 laptops and 2 phones, they would connect work for 5 seconds and stop working. I had work to do and this was a huge inconvenience, ended up buying a hotspot because I couldn't deal with it and the owner wouldn't reply to my messages In a nutshell I would never have stayed here, and don't plan on coming back.
