Tutto nuovo e pulito, staff accogliente, anche se mancava qualcosa di nostro gusto per la colazione, ce lo hanno portato. Parcheggio comodo di fronte.

Nulla, ma se proprio devo scegliere qualcosa sarebbe stato bello avere più frutta a colazione.

The hotel is nicest in the area. Very modern and clean. Room is extremely comfortable and the breakfast was good. Velat at breakfast and Onur at check in were both helpful

Most of the staff was very friendly. There were some that came off rude but could be cultural differences. The address on google and their website are both wrong-which was a bit frustrating

I thought the staff at the restaurant was a complete disaster, no respect in my eyes for the customer. To a point that for the first time in my (long) life as a customer of booking.com, I stood up and left the restaurant without eating. That’s , in my opinion, not the idea of a restaurant and not the idea of hospitality.
