Das einzige was evtl noch gut wäre, etwas dickere Decken. Ansonsten war alles da was man braucht. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Location ottima. Ottimo bar caffè proprio di sotto. Host disponibile e puntuale.

Qualche finestra non in buone condizioni. Un solo splint per l'aria condizionata in salotto, nelle notti particolarmente calde è stato necessario usare dei ventilatori, comunque prontamente resi disponibili. Il divano letto grande, nuovo ma un po' scomodo per dormirci.

Aproape de plaja, chiar peste drum. La parterul blocului este cel mI cunoscut bar din oras, deschis pana la 02.00, unde se poate be, manca mici gustari sau savurezi o inghetata. Apoi, chiar de la aparfament, incepe centrul orasului, pietonal, plin de restaurante, pizzerii si baruri.

Lots of space, clean, good air conditioning, good wifi, TVs in every room and excellent kitchen facilities.

Not a great view from any of the windows. Water was cut off on two nights but not the fault of the owners.

Right next to the beach, in the center of Pescara, very populated area, with nice restaurants. Supermarket nearby.

Old building with some smell in the bathroom. No balcony to dry our towels and swimming suits.

First off, staff was extremely communicative. He was amazing to work with. He met us there and showed us everything. We were very well received Everything about the property was excellent. Location was fantastic, across the road from the beach. It had an elevator so we could bring our baggage easily up. Had an excellent air conditioning. Staff was amazing. They went out of the way to help and we’re always available by text message on WhatsApp. In my entire stay in Italy, 12 days, and multiple Airbnb/hotels, this was by far the best. Best location. Really the best in general that I’ve experienced here in Italy.

If you’re coming with a car, then be prepared to pay handsomely for parking or park a little far away at the train station and walk. But that is not enough to return from all of the excellent things.
