The Queens Head, Parkside apartment 2

This apartment was spotlessly clean every thing that we needed it was perfect The bed was so comfortable too

The apartment was very convenient to where I needed to be and it was very comfortable.

The noise level from the Bar/Restaurant downstairs was quite high, which was more noticeable because the television failed to work .. But this did not spoil my visit.

Stairs were a bit tricky for someone elderly with sight issues. I don’t think it was made clear that the bathroom was downstairs which again is an issue for someone elderly

It’s conveniently situated in village. Simon is on hand and obliging.

I stayed in winter. Front door needs to be better lit. The exit stairs need care. A light on each step would be safer as unlit step has a shadow on it.

Decore, bed was very comfortable and bedroom good size

Bathroom ln the living space Had to dry hair in living space Had to keep curtains closed due to bathroom not apartment 2 We were put in apartment 4 last minute

Cleverly designed it had everything we needed for a stay close to our families whilst we were visiting from Australia

Staircase up to bedroom not great for those with mobility issues, we were fine but others less able may struggle.

Great apartment, great location.. great pub with others nearby, Indian restaurant across the road, Chinese takeaway next door, fish n chip shop yards away, pizza 2 minutes walk and grocery store a few minutes walk. Very convenient.
