The convenience. The hotel's location was great for the purpose of our trip. We were able to walk to many of the places.

Parking seemed to pose a struggle some nights; as the garage would be full.

Close to Ala Moana

Lounge and reception area small and furniture worn out. Starbucks closed at 5 pm so very limited seating in public space.
