Cosy 2BR Modern Apt with Free Parking

Loved the communication from the owners. Very nice and friendly Nice apartment well situated.. Very clean and homely. It also felt very secure.

Nothing. This is the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in.

This apartment was old and disgusting and did not look like the pics in the listing. It was also dirty and uncomfortable. I have a whole list of things that were bad in it; starting with bad check in experience where it was hard to enter the main gate and get the keys out of the lockbox, lack of security where the front door to the building was always open, shower and bathroom that are not worthy of use. Everything was old and grimy in the apartment , one of the beds was also un-sleepable. We had stayed there for 8 nights and paid a lot of money for it (more than double from it normally costs) and got no value. I kept messaging the hosts and sent them detailed list including pics of everything which was wrong, but they just kept making up excuses of why I could not leave, since I wanted to cancel this reservation and book something else instead. In the end since this whole thing consumed a long time from my trip, which I was also working on, we ended up staying there though all 3 of us were unhappy. I would not recommend anyone to stay for any cost, it's not worth it.

Private and secured parking. Spacious living room with great facilities. The location is also great, only a short walk to Tesco Express and not too far from the city centre.

Stayed in a double-bed room. I was not quite well during the stay, so asked for an extra duvet to have some distance from my sister but the property couldn't provide it. Got the wrong code for the parking entrance. Apart from these, everything was great anyway.

The property was clean, comfy and a fantastic location for exploring Liverpool.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Self catering and only ate cereal in property, used premises only as place to sleep. Great access for city, easy walking and plenty of local coffee places/ restaurants within 10 min walk. Great for parking too. Hosts very informative and certainly if there was any major issue I am sure they would have been very willing to attend to resolve, couldn’t fault them. Also lovely to have plenty of toilet rolls, kitchen towels, washing up liquid and sponge and tea towel provided too.

Property is a little tired and could do with a refresh decoration, however clean and beds / linen/ towels spotless. Communal area clean and tidy but needs an airing, but appreciate this is a security issue. Bins not very clear with property detail, hit and Miss weather right bins used for rubbish. Minor matters though. Stay not affected by this
