Séjour écourté le jour même. Nous avons dû quitter les lieux et nous reloger en urgence à nos frais, le logement n'étant pas fonctionnel. 1. Équipements défaillants : Wifi inopérant et climatisations ne produisant aucun froid. Une simple vérification visuelle a révélé pourquoi : les filtres étaient totalement obstrués par une épaisse couche de crasse (voir mes photos jointes). Affirmer que la maintenance a été faite récemment est impossible au vu de cet état. 2. Gestion du problème : La propriétaire a nié les faits à distance. Sa collaboratrice, venue constater sur place, n'a pu résoudre ni la panne d'internet ni celle de la climatisation. Conclusion : Personne ne quitte une location non remboursable après quelques heures par plaisir. Nous sommes partis car les services promis n'étaient pas rendus et que l'hygiène de l'air laissait à désirer.

ESEl apartamento esta muy bien, en una zona tranquila que se puede descansar bien por la noche!! Es amplio y recien reformado, los dueños estan muy atentos y te ayudan con lo que necesites, si alquilas un coche sera mejor para desplazarte a los sitios. Lo recomiendo mucho!!
Deberia estar un poco mas amueblado, poner alguna mesa con sillas en las habitaciones y algo de decoración asi te sentirias un poco mas como en casa

Cold water in the shower reported but not looked at or fixed after five days No window covering in one of the bedrooms Scaffolding being erected on the ground floor for a party or a wedding. Workers erecting the party tent entered the balcony of the apartment without permission when guest was in the apartment

SEPraveena and Ravi was great and help us a lot regarding the washing machine that had a leak. Very nice with balconys in different directions, always sun on one of them. The service from Emma the owner was also great, always answering fast (as Praveena did too). Good placement of the apartment.
There was no good dish brush, only a worn dish sponge. The temperature on the water wasn’t able to be regulated correctly in the shower, it was either cold or burning. In the kitchen we could get any warm water. Otherwise everything was good and we were treated very well! Thanks
