The property is extremely clean. And so beautiful in terms of furniture and luxury decorative details ✨ We had an in person royal welcoming from the host Mouad. His manners to showroom the Duplex and to reassure the guests is impressive. Everything was up to our expectations. It is 💯 true that the DUPLEX is 1 minute next to the beach 🏝️ + the Area is JUST AMAZING : everything is close (restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacy, and casual summer entertaining activities for kids ). I 💯 recommended this place to my family, beloved friends and I do recommend to everyone 🤍🙏🏼

Spacious and had heating. Quick response from the owner to try to fix items.

The showers were dirty with mold and dirty grout. There was an awful smell coming from them and it's either a lack of proper plumbing or just need cleaning better. I bought bleach and scrbbed the showers myself. Also I had to clean the AC filters as my wife kept sneezing. They were very dirty also. We booked for 5 people for 3 nights but only got 2 towels. The washing machine was rusty and the entire kitchen was gross. The linens were not fresh and my wife saw roaches in the bed sheet. Broken toilet seat in master bathroom. I noticed an overall trend from my trip to Morocco that hosts don't invest in proper cleaning and maintenance upkeep of their property. Either the standard is that low or they are to busy counting the money they stole from customers that gave them their hard earned money only to ruin their Vacation. Also lost all faith in booking.com and will only be staying In big chain hotels from here on out.

Lovely spacious clean property in a prime location, right next to a safe peaceful beach with a lot of Restaurants and cafes.

Some pungent smell in the toilets. May be due to poor plumbing workmanship in the who building. But acceptable with air fresheners.

We really enjoyed the proximity to the beach, and the location overall, which allows you to reach most places by foot or by driving only a few minutes. The apartment is spacious and was left very clean, big thanks to the owner who was super responsive and helpful!

The pool was in the shade all day, as it is placed in the middle of the other buildings. Also, due to the proximity to the pool (apt on ground floor and 1st floor) you can hear the neighbours. But that’s not in the property’s control.
