"Avoid This Hotel – Misleading and Terrible Experience!"

I booked this hotel online, but finding it was a nightmare. The listed location was inaccurate, and upon arrival, some agent randomly directed us to a different hotel, claiming it was part of the HRS group. The actual experience was terrible! The room they offered was nothing like the pictures—dirty, smelly, and completely unacceptable. They expected us to check in despite the awful conditions. This place is highly misleading and unprofessional. I strongly advise against booking here. Stay away!

Booked for HRS Hotel but when I called to the owner he gave me room in another hotel Roma. Room was very small and dirty.
