Sundowner HM108 Lakeside Spa Property

Very clean and well equipped. Spacious for 2 adults and 3 teenagers.

Noisy from below when we tried to sit on the decking in the evening. Noise from entrance door early morning 6am annoying.

Appartement is situated on a great estate. Nice lakes and lots of nature

Bed in master bedroom had it’s best time, very small and dented. Overall feel is outdated. In the confirmation / specification it mentions a private pool. There is no private pool. Yes there is a shared pool for which you need to boom a slot in advance.

A lovely spacious apartment we didn’t feel over crowded with two kids and a pet, the beds where so so comfortable best nights sleep, the children loved the bunk beds it was exciting. We had easy access to everything really good value for the money. Would definitely stay again.

The only thing that i would of probably liked (maybe I’m over reacting) is to have basic essentials in the home, we loved that you provided us with some tea as we are tea lovers, maybe some milk and maybe more washing sponges, I also forgot to bring my own shampoo but and nothing was there. I don’t expect it to be like a hotel at all but just the necessities for backup would be great. Also the Ballihoo lovely food, but I would review that it really needs a clean we sat around cobwebs and the windows where absolutely filthy it’s not exactly cheap and we enjoy lovely food but you easily get put off by all the dust and dirt.

Good size for a young family of 4. Amazing view across Swillbrook lake. Lovely sunset. Not overlooked by over properties.

If we were being picky, we would say that the property could do with a freshen up/lick of paint and maybe some new cooking equipment (pots & pans) etc. as they are past their best.
