Spacious and homely with everything 2 families spending precious time together could desire. Cosy rooms for games evenings and large, bright and airy dining conservatory for long breakfasts. A treasure of a home!

"Beautiful hideaway"

Good layout, plenty of space and seating for our large group - 7 adults and 2 dogs. Beautiful location in a quiet village, with a lovely little dog walk, short drive to the beach and nearest town (Fakenham) if you needed anything. Nick and Sara are fantastic hosts and always available to help if you have any questions or queries.

Very comfortable, clean and homely property . Very well equipped and furnished.

It was not a problem for us but there are steep steps from outside the conservatory to the back garden . Anyone with young children should be mindful of this as there is potential for a serious fall .

Spacious, good location for our trip, very comfortable, good communication, well equipped . Thoroughly enjoyable few days, with no serious complaints. Would return any time

Limited parking if you have multiple cars. Instructions for WiFi a little limited (but sorted with a quick call) beautiful plants in conservatory but very neglected. Broken plug on appliance in lounge

Very spacious and owners very helpful

Lack of parking and we had issues with WiFi/hot water but the owner's were on it as soon as we contacted them.
