Great location

Check in and check out , you lose as it’s late check in and early check out

The property was clean, comfy very nicely decorated throughout and had all we needed for cooking meals (airfryer a bonus! We brought bbq with us and only used it couple of times as it was raining). Also larger fridge freezer than usual a bonus. We stayed at Parkdean few times in different campers and they were all much smaller. The owners very quick to respond to queries. Thank you!

The location was the only redeeming quality of this property.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness was far below expectations. The carpets were visibly dirty, the bathroom rail was thick with dust, and the sheets looked worn and overdue for replacement. Most concerning, however, was the flea infestation. My dog was covered in fleas within a day, and I was left with bites all over my legs. The owner assured me the place would be cleaned and treated the next day, but neither happened. Had to run to town to get supplies to wash my dog and spray the property myself. While the owner was polite, the service was completely inadequate. This property did not live up to the advertised standards, and I will never return.

Clean, easily accessible, everything you needed for a few nights away. Decor was tasteful and calming.

There was a slight smell that was soon dispelled when we opened the doors and windows. The single beds were a little small for my 15 year old, but he managed.

It was lovely, cosy and warm home, nice and tidy, really welcoming atmosphere, was really lovely

The lay out of the caravan

It was dirty , mirror , windows , veranda , but mostly the upholstery throughout , the cushions , it smelt bad of bodies , dogs and cooking we left after three nights because we could t handle how dirty the cushions on sofas and eating area were , didn’t want to put feet on the floor !

Really lovely accommodation, clean and well decorated. Comfy beds and everything we needed was inside (couldn’t find a cheese grater though!). Only a five minute walk to gorgeous beaches

Staff at Parkdean reception were a little short and rude to us. When enquiring about passes to the pool we were told they would cost us £27 each. Not worth it for a 2 night stay. We only wanted to use the swimming pool but there was no separate, lower cost for this unfortunately. We had access to arcades, restaurant and play areas at resort though.
