Nice compact flat

The mattress in the bad we were in was awful

The location. The owner met us with the keys and was very pleasant

The parking was an issue. There were not enough towels for our party of three. When we did request them they did not deliver them until the next day in the afternoon, after we needed them for the morning.

The apartment was a comfortable size and featured a lovely garden that added a nice touch. Overall good value for money in a good location.

The apartment didn’t offer many amenities, which was a bit of a drawback. However, it still provided the basics needed for a comfortable stay.

Confusingly complicated shower

Nicely decorated. Friendly nice man met me to give the key. Well stocked kitchen with pans and every utensil you could need. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Location is good too

It was comfortable and spacious.

There was no parking, which was not mentioned when booking. The person we spoke to upon arrival was driving and not very helpful. The TV kept losing internet signal so could hardly be used.

The location was exceptionally convenient for me personally as the friends we were visiting were less than a mile away.

Initially finding the entrance was tricky but the host was able to give directions to sort that out. I was able to gove an updated postcode to the family members that were joining me later that put the nearer to the way in. The shower is a technological marvel but perhaps a little advanced for me. I got it to work and get the water to a comfortable temperature even if I couldn't work out all it's features 😄

Parking

The location was excellent for a social weekend. Right at the top of thriving Mutley Plain. The apartment was exceptionally clean and we even had chocolates on arrival. There were towels, a fully equipped kitchen and wifi. Two double beds with wardrobes. Close to shops and local pubs. A short walk into the city (Plymouth). This place would be a perfect stay if you planned to walk everywhere and discover Plymouth on foot over a longer period of time while doing self catering.

There's no parking. Plymouth use a very annoying permit holder system which was not available to us. We parked at my daughters flat - a 20 minute walk away so it was free. She then dropped us off. The shower pressure was terrible but doable given extra time! The TV had freeview, but the router kept shutting down/losing connection right in the middle of a film, and then we were unable to find it again.
