Хорошо,что улица тихая,тк любой звук снаружи был слышен -утро начиналось с громкого вывоза муслра с переворачиванием контейнеров.Очень неудобная кровать -она была слишком узка,чтоб комфортно спать рядом,но слишком широка,чтоб пройти к ней вдоль стены,и лечь.Мы высокие и крупные северные люди -в дверку душевой кабины приходилось входить боком.

The mold and it smell, all my cloths are smelling like mold. Also the entrance right from the street, it doesn't fell safe especially when you are alone

The "apartment" was nice just from the pictures. This rental is a big scam. There is mold all over the place. We rent it for 4 nights. We arrived on the first day and wrote to the apartment that we found some mold. Send them pictures, they reply that they will write back as soon as possible. The apartment is on the ground floor, so you cannot open the window because you are not safe. My girlfriend is very allergic to mold, she couldn't breathe at night. So in the morning (at 7 a.m.) we wrote to the apartment and Booking support that we need a refund and a change of apartment, because in daylight the whole apartment was really full of mold. No normal person can say we should stay there. Booking didn't help us, the apartment didn't sign up. At about 11 o'clock the apartment wrote back that they would send a team to fix it. Hilarious, because you can fix mold everywhere in a matter of hours (irony). We wrote back right away because the apartment didn't say when they would come or how they wanted to "fix" it. No one wrote back. The apartment did not respond, not even Booking. We decided to leave because no one answered, also we need to find a new affordable rental because it was already expensive. We wrote to the apartment again. No one answered. By 20:00 the apartment responded as follows: Hello Jaroslav, We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience caused. Our team was going to the property today to clean the mold, you did not give us the chance to solve the problem and you left without any confirmation from us. You choose to leave before we even get the chance to solve the problem, so we decide this reservation is not up to refund. If Booking.com calls us, we will explain them this. It was your option to leave, without talking to us first. Kind Regards, GuestReady Team This apartment is a big expensive scam. Also Booking was a really bad customer support.

Die Lage Ganz hübsch eingerichtet

Das Zimmer war sehr schlecht durchlüftet. Es roch sehr muffig. Es war deutlich Schimmel an Wänden und Einrichtungen zu erkennen.

The property was located in a calm street in Belém, close to the Lisbon Congress Centre and historical buildings and monuments. I prefer staying in houses/apartments/studios in neighbourhoods where locals live over hotel chains so this was perfect for me. I had everything I needed: a comfortable bed, my own kitchen, a bathroom, seating. I was welcomed by someone from GuestReady and he was really nice and flexible.

The only thing I did not like was that the bathroom was not as clean as the rest of the studio. The shower and toilet seemed older than the rest of the studio. It was not actually dirty but a bit rusty in places.
