Byt je prostorný a plně vybavený, takže mi nechybělo vůbec nic. Lokalita je super – do centra se dostanete pěšky za 30 minut, nebo využijete MHD, jehož zastávka je přímo za rohem. Přesto je okolí příjemně klidné. Parkování na soukromém parkovišti bylo velkou výhodou. Majitel je přátelský a komunikace s ním byla od začátku do konce bezproblémová. Určitě doporučuji! * v okolí probíhá stavba, přes den trochu hlučnější.

Ve všech oknech jsou žaluzie, ale žádné závěsy/rolety, takže byt není možné úplně zatemnit - ani v noci
