It was in a great location . Everything was clean and tidy.

It says private parking but is infact street parking, I did manage to park further down the road and the host was very helpful and fast adding my reg to the permit.

Close to the Dockyard. Kitchen was well-supplied. Decorating was good enough. Communication was great. Instructions were simple and clear. The host has made some effort - but it is a very basic, inexpensive type of effort - certainly not an 8.0 quality.

Very strong smell: The first thing that hit us was how bad it smelled. In an effort to cover the musty smell there was the overpowering, sickly sweet air freshener permeating every inch of the place— all that has remained in our clothes and luggage for more than a week. We’re on a long trip and have had to wash everything in an effort to get rid of the smell. Location: There is a busy street and popular sidewalk right next to the window, so it is a very noisy place. We used the fans to block a lot of the noise. Lastly, please be aware that the neighborhood is gritty.

Received nothing via booking.com with ref to keys. Met the cleaner who got the keys out the locked box so we could get in. She was also very nice and sorted the parking out for me a question which I did ask. It’s was spot on for what we wanted for the night.

Great location very near our function at HMS Victory

Parking not available nearby, quite small , but ok for a couple , very late check in 17:30 out function started at 18:30 , no response when asked to arrive a little earlier, why so late
