Was a fantastic property and allowed us to make our breakfast with a then short walk into Manchester centre by the canal. Perfect location.

The bed could have been a bit more comfy but for two nights it was completely fine.

Broken shower control - supplied with pair of rusty pliers to turn water on! Loose sink tap - not secured to counter top. Stained towels. Website failure made it impossible to get the code for the key safe at checkout, so tried phoning host (no answer - left message). Was forced to leave the keys in the mailbox and got charged £100 for “lost keys” despite them not actually being lost!! Far from luxury flat described, needs some work.

The apartment had everything that I and my wife needed (kitchen amenities, good WiFi, comfortable bed, TV with Netflix/Amazon, etc). We enjoyed staying at this place! There was a minor problem the previous guest broke the shower opener and they didn't have time to fix it until we made the check-in. Fortunately, the owners were very kind and they left a plier for us to not be without a shower.

There is no available parking for this property. But it was my fault that I didn't check while making a reservation. So, nothing left to complain about.

I am delighted to say that everything here is absolutely perfect. This place truly feels like a home away from home, thanks to the incredible individuals and fantastic facilities. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to especially the host, Jack and his business partner Rhys who have been exceptionally kind and responsive. Whenever I had additional requests, they promptly addressed them and made every effort to accommodate my needs to the best of their ability. The apartment, which has been recently refurbished, lives up to the photos completely. It is equipped with everything one could need. I am totally impressed by the comfy bed, the modern rainfall shower system, efficient air conditioning provision, and a reliable Wi-Fi connection. These amenities made me feel even more at home. I would also like to commend the cleaning team for their professionalism. The flat was immaculately clean before the arrival of guests. The apartment boasts an excellent location and offers stunning views of the surrounding streets, creating a relaxing ambiance. Being situated near Deansgate Castle station, it serves as a central hub for exploring Manchester via tramlines and other parts of the UK via trainlines. I am thrilled that I chose to book this apartment during my trip to the UK. It has truly enhanced my overall experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to my friends and anyone else looking for accommodation. I would like to thank to Jack and Rhys once again.
