"Welcoming and smooth stay"

I was really happy about my stay, the room was clean and modern with a great view. The staff was really helpful and I did appreciate sweet box they gifted for Diwali! With all my questions, airport transfer, taxi etc they were kind and quick to reply. I also had many complimentary coffees. Small kind gestures make this place welcoming. Location in also very good in the very center.

The property was beautiful and comfortable, well-equipped with all necessary amenities,stunning views and amazingly supportive staff. Its convenient location very close to the Mall Road made it even more appealing.

The property is located almost on Mall road and is close to all eateries and cafes. I woke up to the Kanchenjunga View in the morning and that was the best part of my stay :)

Nothing much. Just the stairs which I was informed in advance about.

"It was a nice stay."

Very close to mall road! Spacious and clean rooms. Large window and big beds. Staffs were really sweet and helpful.

Some minor issues were there. Wifi did not really work the whole time. They said there was network issues going on. Bathroom door was hard to lock. Running water speed was very slow. Sometimes they ran out of water. Free breakfast was just tea and bread omelette. Electric kettle was small and took forever just to heat a cup of water.
