3BR Beachfront Condo 16th Flr Two Master Bedrooms, Pool Fitness Center At Westwinds Resort

Location is about the only positive we had. It was great and I loved that we didn't have to check in with anyone beyond the security gate. It made for easy check in.

The condo we were assigned was extremely outdated. Most of the few overhead lights weren't working. The lamps were left unplugged and we needed to move them around to find outlet access in two rooms. The walls were dirty and all of the toilets were extremely wobbly and there were smoked cigarettes in one. We got in quite late and when we finally pulled back the bedding to go to sleep the smell of cigarettes was strong as if someone were laying in the bed and smoking. There were no extra linens and no other available rooms to stay so we made a run to Walmart to purchase new bedding, we were not refunded but the owner "tried". The beds were all quite uncomfortable. The sofa bed did not come with linens at all and it had holes throughout. I do believe with updating a good cleaning by a professional that the owner would be far better off. He was kind and obviously upset about our issues with cleanliness.
