Stylish 66m2 apartment with private sauna and balcony

Huoneisto oli siisti, valoisa, rauhallinen, kaikki tarpeellinen löytyi. Paikka on hyvällä paikalla sopivan matkan päässä keskustasta. Kaiki oli niin kuin luvattiin. Tulemme uudestaan!

Geräumiges, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Apartment in zentraler und zugleich ruhiger Lage (Nähe zur U- Bahn Station Ruholahti, zwei Stationen entfernt vom Hauptbahnhof). Super Ausstattung, nur bei den Küchenutensilien besteht Nachbesserunsbedarf. Schöner verglaster Freisitz, der sich durch Öffnung der Fenster zu einem echten Balkon umfunktionieren lässt. Bequeme Betten und sogar Sauna und eine Klimaanlage, da es in der Wohnung im Hochsommer heiß werden kann (haben wir allerdings nicht genutzt). Sehr positiv ist die sehr gut funktionierende Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, der zudem online ein ausführliches Exposé rund um alle Belange der Wohnung zur Verfügung stellt. Der Check-in hat auf diese Weise problemlos geklappt. Wir empfehlen das Apartment auf jeden Fall auch für längere Aufenthalte.

Happiger Preis , bei der Küchenausstattung sollte nachgebessert werden, gerade wenn man "richtig" kochen will.

Location is very good. Apartment is very super clean Beddings are super clean and comfortable mettress. Nice and cozy.

there are loads of pin numbers and loads of passwords so entering was quite difficult. Instructions are too long to read after long flight with heavy bag. Once you know which pin is for which, its super easy. Only 2 bath towels and one hand towel for 2 of us for 3nights. So we needed to use same towels for 3 nights and 4 days. No small towels for hair so very difficult after shower. (Long wet hair!!!)

Sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber, tolle Ausstattung, es gab einfach alles was nötig ist. Anleitungen des Vermieters waren sehr gut, Kontakt immer schnell möglich. Netter kleiner Balkon. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt,

We love everything about our stay at Tomi's. First the location: it is located only 2 metro stops from central station, you can even walk to the central station if you want (30mins away!). Supermarket, asian food, bakery, park, outdoor playground for kids, cafe near the water, you got it! Second about the apartment, it is so bright, comfy and squeaky clean. 100 plus points bcs baby crib and children toys+cutlery are provided. And 1000 plus points for the sauna. Like they said when in Finland, do as the Finnish do : sauna to end your day. Lastly, Tomi's hospitality is above and beyond. He provided all the detailed instructions before we arrived. He answered our msgs within minutes. And since Helsinki was scorching hot this summer, he installed the AC! For sure we would love to come back!
