"Extrem enttäuschend. Schmutzig, ungepflegt, laut und heiß."

Größe und Style wären grundsätzlich total okay, wenn die ganzen Mängel nicht wären

Ich hatte nach der Beschreibung ein modernes, stylisches, ansprechendes Appartement erwartet und war extrem enttäuscht. Das Appartement ist richtig ungepflegt. Geputzt wurde offenbar nur oberflächlich. Im Bad lagen benutzte Q-Tip, der Kühlschrank war verklebt und hat Dellen und Risse. Oberflächen wie Türen und Schränke sind verschmutzt. Der Duschvorhang ist angeschimmelt. Beim Duschen wird das ganze Bad unter Wasser gesetzt. Überall wo man hinschaut, ist es ungepflegt. Die Balkontür ist schwer zu öffnen, es wird sehr heiß. W-lan funktioniert nicht richtig. Das Geschirr war ebenfalls schmutzig. Für den Preis absolut unzureichend. Bei Kontaktaufnahme nur KI-Antworten. Auf Anforderung die Fotos der verschmutzten Wohnung geschickt mit viel Aufwand - keine Antwort. Hinter der Vermietung steckt keinerlei Interesse daran, dass Gäste sich wirklich wohlfühlen.

The area where the apartment is located was so beautiful. However, it’s not central FYI. The staff were very nice. I booked the apartment for two months, and they provided with some professional cleaning. The apartment was very spacious and had a desk where I could work. The kitchen was well supplied.
