Adequately furnished and spacious for family of 6 stay and the apartment is very clean. Nice host.

Access to parking at Level 5 is challenging for MPV size vehicles. But there is alternative around the building at night.

One of the bed have bed bugs. Got bitten by the bugs and whole body rashes after a night sleep.

The apartment exceeded our expectation. The view was amazing, it was well suited for a holiday with children since so many things were provided, e.g. toys, a baby bath tub, mattresses to play and sleep on, children cutlery. With 3 toilets and two showers there was also no queuing for the bathroom. The playground and pool in the building complex were clean and pleasant. It is a short walk to Legoland, SeaLife and the Lego water park. On the way there you pass through a shopping mall with decent food options (not as good or diverse as in the city center, but adapted to tourists who visit Legoland) and in the shopping mall is also a very good supermarket where you get all kind of international groceries. Right next to the building complex is an excellent hospital. Our host was helpful and the check-in and check-out was well organised.

The building itself looks a bit run down and there is rubbish on the grass in front of the entrance that monkeys feed on. The pool that was in our tower was unfortunately closed due to maintenance (it looked great though) but we could use the pool in tower 2 which was also fine. Only there was a hole in the pool drainage that our daughter accidentally fell into and hurt herself a bit, so not everything is so safe. Also two out of the three elevators were rampaged (buttons for certain levels missing, glass window covered in wood) and it sometimes took a long time before the lifts came. We only had one key, which was a bit annoying since you can't even use the elevator without a key. The information coming from the host could have been more detailed. For example how to use the water filter correctly, is it okay to drink from it, or that we would get the password for the key-safe on the day of arrival. However, after asking questions she always got back to us with answers.

The location was good and close to Legoland.

No hot water in both bathroom and en-suite.

The view. It was clean and apartment was secluded. On its own.

The lift, the swimming pool (had to travel farther to the other tower and there's only 1 variety of pool). Place is a little deserted with unfinished renovation works and contract works. Ramp up and down the carpark was miserably narrow and never ending. Otherwise the apartment was a good one and very, very clean. Owner was very responsive.
