Great location, close to groovy shops/cafes, pubs, trams/bus & rail. Easy access with luggage to apartment (no climbing stairs!) Comfortable bed/bedding. Washing machine convenience!

The odd layout of the kitchen & access to appliances.

Very central. Clean. Well stocked with what we needed.

A very loud alarm went off because something had malfunctioned with the sprinkler system. To be fair the staff did deal with this as fast as they could. Also there was a socket coming out of the wall and the bath overflow fell apart. I did report this on leaving tho and was assured they would be fixed as the management of the building had just changed.

"Beautiful place to root your Edinburgh adventure!"

Lovely apartment on a quiet safe street walkable to city center, restaurants (great sandwich shop next door), etc. Comfortable bed, big new bathroom, simple, pretty furnishings. I’d definitely go back!
