1. The location was prominent to go anywhere near Bayan Lepas area. 2. Easy check in - check out 3. Staff replies fast.

1. The Toilet was unclean 2. Smell of damp was there 3. The towels were merely floor carpet materials 4. Too many rules apply. 5. Deposit payment refund was so in convenient, rm2 charged for no reason. 6. Security was poor as the unit was beside 2 offices, privacy was not prevailed.
