"I had a good experience overall but the owner could have made more effort for my satisfaction."

The studio was clean and comfortable. The toilet and toiletries were well equipped. Kitchen and utensils were perfect.

The bed linens where coloured so I could not determine if they were clean. The water from the shower was not being expelled easily- needs fixing.

I have been to many places but this is the best yet. Super self-contained flat with excellent facilities and tastefully furnished. The owner could not have been more helpful. 12 mins walk from Slade Green Station..

Such a lovely place to stay best place we stayed peaceful and relaxing and quite awesomely clean. lovely shower. comfy bed didn't want to get up this morning made to fill really welcome. will most definitely be going back awesome hospitality. thank you so much for making it an awesome night 🌙 stay

"pleasant enough- served a purpose"

Newly converted garage. clean and functional.

no blinds in bathroom - obscured glass but looked out onto gardens so more privacy required. bed too firm for us. shame we were woken at 7:25 by the hosts children screaming in the main house.

The studio apartment was very clean and tidy especially the bathroom and in a good location. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The check- in time . I think it will be good if it’s 12 Noon instead of 15:00pm .
