Villa Paola city center , Luxury House in town centre

Location, size, comfort

Location is great, apartment is very spacious and very well equipped. Maurizio was very nice and helpful. Just 2 minutes away from the Bari Centrale, which has connections to town worth visiting nearby.

Everything was perfect. The location, the communication, all the facilities.. the apartament is huge and has all that you need. We'll be back for sure.

Maurizio was exceptional. He took care of anything we needed. The apartment was perfect!

Stylish apartment with good layout and clean comfortable rooms. Location is very good. Host is very kind and provided some thoughtful touches like bottled water and snacks. The host is very reliable and responsive.

Maurizio is a brilliant host. He explained everything and even carried out suitcases for us. The apartment was spotlessly clean and there were welcome additions like water, milk and wine, as well as dishwasher liquid, soap, shampoo and shower gel. There was plenty of crockery and pans, so were able to cook each night. The apartment was nearer to the railway and bus station that I thought and I did wonder if it would be noisy, but it was really quiet

The 1st night there was a whooshing sound every few minutes - I didn't realise it was the air-con unit. Once I had found the controls (in the bedside cabinet) and turned it off, there was no problem.

The property is excellent, very clean and comfortable. Suitable for 6 people. The location is perfect. The host Maurizio is very kind, helpful and friendly, give us all information we needed. On the check out day he allowed us to leave the luggage in the flat until we leave the town( late afternoon).

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is very modern, new and spacious. Maurizio met us when we arrived and explained everything we needed to know. The kitchen was great, large and very well equipped, although we didn't cook much because there are so many restaurants and cafes nearby to eat in - there's a great cafe just across the square where we had breakfast every day! The apartment is really close to the train station and the bus stop to Alberobello to see the Trulli houses

Location is very good. There is a parking nearby on two blocks time. The property is large, clean and comfortable.

In my opinion the sofas in the vestibule need some refreshing.
