Beautiful views over the water and comfortable house. It was very hot weather when we stayed and the ability to open all of the windows helped the cooling breeze flow through the property.

Lovely location on the estuary. Watching the boats and swimmers. On the second floor with a lift, which was helpful as the check-out time is early. A well-loved and well-used accommodation that allows for separate family groups upstairs and downstairs in the apartment. Easy and quick communication.

The single bed was a little uncomfortable

Beautiful location overlooking the estuary with sail boat activities. Well equipped apartment with all the necessary cutlery, some spices, oil and even dishwashing tablets to get you going. The small Weber braai was a welcome surprise as we could have a barbecue when weather allowed. We were very comfortable.

Check-in time of 16h00 is later than we would have liked because we were keen to get going! Other than that we had no complaints.

the property was in a great location, we know Burnham on crouch well. the facilities were excellent, and the owner had gone to the teouble of making it Christmassy.

it’s ashame the 3rd bedroom didn’t have a double bed so that the property could accommodate 6, because we were limited to 5 we had to book a hotel for / of the family, making an already expensive family Christmas more so - there is very little accommodation to rent in Burnham at Christmas. The bathrooms needed a bit of additional cleaning
