We did not like the apartment at all. First of all, check-in is at 17.00, which is later than anywhere else and very inconvenient, there is no possibility to check in earlier. We had to spend extra time and money on a luggage storage. It's quite difficult to find the apartment, I send a whole instruction for this. The fifth floor, no elevator, very steep stairs, and you have to call an Italian phone number to get in or out of the building. The room is very, very small, with just enough space for luggage and a bed with a whole warehouse of stuff under it. The room was not clean enough, there was hair everywhere, dirty mirrors. There was only soap, which was diluted. Bed linen and towels are synthetic, of poor quality. The towel does not absorb water and remains on the body. The neighborhood is not safe, there are strange people everywhere, obviously not touristy, 2 km to the center. I do not recommend the apartment as a whole, we are surprised at the positive reviews.
