Good air conditioning considering it was 40 celcius, had the necessary kitchen supplies, good communication, wifi was good once it was reset, near the bus and train stations as well as coffee shops and grocery store. It was also soundproof.

Water pressure was a bit weak.

1- O host só aceitava o pagamento em dinheiro, mas quando cheguei lá estava sem, por isso avisei que pagaria durante o check-out. Recebi uma mensagem que o host ficaria "angry" porque não fiz o pagamento assim que cheguei e pensava que eu poderia sair sem pagar. Ora, se ele quer evitar esse tipo de situação é só adicionar o pagamento adiantado. 2- O Wifi era excelente mas parou de pegar de repente. 3- O apartamento em si é bem justo pelo preço, mas o prédio é muito escuro e estranho.

The owner was very helpful, he sent us a very detailed message with all the information before we arrived. The apartment was clean and there was air conditioning in the room.

The kitchen could be better equipped but it wasn’t a problem at all for a short stay.

Location

The room is very old and nothing is in place.. he has put tape and managed things.. two taps were leaking and the bathroom was pathetic.. no lights in the common area and the lock was old and we struggle to use it. Totally horrible stay.. I don’t suggest anyone and it’s very uncomfortable when we come to holidays.. it’s too old and nothing is good..

It is close to the bus station, cozy comfortable there is everything you need for a short stay.

The faucet was sinking

The comunication with the host was very easily and he gave a good recomendations.The location is good, close to the bus and train station, and easy to get to the airport too.

The apartment is unfit for use. It has a bad smell, is very old and in disrepair. The bed is actually a sofa bed, which is worn out. The sheets smelled bad, we had to sleep without a blanket, because it was impossible to cover ourselves with it, so we were cold. The kitchen was unusable, because it was very old. There was no support for the shower head, I had to shower holding the shower head with my hand. The shower also did not heat up properly. The apartment was covered in old and poorly cleaned carpets. The balcony door also did not close or open completely. Even though we paid very little, I wonder if it was worth it.
