Newly Renovated Privately owned OF condo on 6th floor Ocean Reef w-heated pools, lazy river, hot tubs & restaurants

Loved the pools and location. It was super hot so we mainly stayed in the pools on site and were not disappointed. The hosts were super accommodating and quick to reply back with and questions and concerns. I would definitely stay here again 100%.

The owners were great! Helped us with any questions and concerns they didn’t have a pack and play upon arrival and they had one delivered same day for my youngest! Good people

Very Clean, Good Ocean View

Nothing To Complain About

The room was oceanfront and completely renovated with a modern and beachy feel. Plenty of small appliances and dishes to use in the small kitchenette. They made the most out of the space with their updates.

The resort was currently going through complete renovations as well. Due to that, one of the elevators was shut down. So, since it was spring break for many, sometimes waiting on the elevator was a little long. Nothing too bad though.

The room was clean had lots of pools and hottubes can't wait to go back

Location we arrived and were informed that there was construction going, but the staff was very uncooperative in assisting with finding out which direction our room was . Upon entering the room the Smaell of sour, awful smell. I had to immediately open the balcony for fresh air. I did in fact contact the owner because it was privately owned. They did say they would give us a refund for the next day because we were going to leave. . I woke up early to leave the next morning and I decided to stay night as we had planned. I regret that because many reasons, first the smell, the they are cleanliness of the room the bathtub I need to be scrubbed really good carpet was very outdated old nasty so had a very bad smell not to mention lying in bed looked up at the ceiling and threw the cracks and different little spots coming through the paint you could see mold black mold The owners have stayed they've been there for weeks prior and someone else's day two weeks prior to us staying there but how in the world they could not tell the stitch and smell was so bad and the mold coming through the paint on the ceiling I guess they thought the killz paint would have covered it up Long enough to get by for whatever reason but in my recommendations I would not recommend anyone to stay at this room until they fully and I mean fully gut it out because there's clearly black mold in there I know what I'm talking about I've been in cleaning business I own a cleaning business for 15 years I would have never had imagined the room to be that filthy or that someone could rent a room to someone knowing that there's black mold growing in there I feel for anyone who will stay in there beyond a day or two after returning home I noticed my car and the clothes are bags and everything that was in that room had the smell from that room for days after that it was a horrible Christmas day to spend in a room I would not recommend this room to anyone.

I truly truly regret not taking pictures.!!! The smell was overwhelming of sourness or something, I did contact the person who was running the room to us they did agree to cancel the next day and reform the day we decided to go ahead and stay the night because we had driven a while upon staying in the night we noticed mold coming through the paint over The paint on the ceiling above the beds

Fantastic location, right on South Myrtle Beach. We went for a family vacation with our 12 yr old son and 7 yr old daughter - so the primary focus was the beach and kids entertainment. This location is close to all other entertainment locations like Wonderworks, Pavilion Park, Ripley’s Aquarium as well as Parasailing and other water sports. Additionally, the location has a lazy river, swimming pool, arcade games, gym, places to eat within the property. We had an activity-filled, truly enjoyable vacation! Special mention to our hosts Nick & Kelly - probably the most accommodating and caring hosts I have ever encountered!!!

The room was stocked with nice cookware, toiletries, seasonings for cooking, a coffee maker and toaster that our family enjoyed!!!

I wish it had a separate room with a TV so the kids could play the game at night.
